1. The Grocery Store Is a Field Trip Now
I go in for milk and leave with a full experience.
Someone is sampling crackers like it’s a culinary event. I read labels I’ve read before, just to feel thorough.
Twenty minutes pass, and I’ve only reached produce.
2. Group Texts Have Their Own Weather
One message rolls in and suddenly it’s a storm.
Memes, replies, reactions, and one person typing forever. I try to keep up and end up liking the wrong thing.
Then silence returns, like nothing happened.
3. My Glasses Are Always Somewhere Logical
They’re on the table. Or in the car. Or already on my face while I’m searching for them.
I retrace my steps like a detective with limited clues and questionable training.
The glasses, naturally, remain calm throughout.
4. The Dishwasher Is a Trust Exercise
You load it with hope and quiet optimism. You close the door like you’ve made a solid life choice.
Then you open it later to discover one bowl that defied both water and physics.
You sigh. And run it again.
5. This Week’s Unexpected Gratitude
Late afternoon light through the kitchen window.
Nothing dramatic. Just soft and steady.
A small reminder that ordinary is still doing good work.

Every.Last.One!!! The GROCERY STORE!! So I used to HATE grocery shopping until ... Uncle Giuseppe's! Now, I go in and there are stations everywhere with fresh made cheese samples or other "charcuterie board" (NJ calls the antipasto tray) items with people behind glass pulling the mozzarella and making da pasta while someone sings at the microphone as though they were Frank Sinatra! It is the most wonderful experience! I love walking through and end up there way longer than I should! LOL!
Hahaha 😂 this one about the glasses 👓‼️😂Yep, that’s me too❣️💯❤️💕😻
